Carla Morte Burke is a communications consultant and men's stylist with a hands-on, adaptable approach to helping people and organizations move forward. She works across strategy, storytelling, execution, events, and personal presentation, partnering with brands and individuals to bring clarity to how they communicate, operate, and show up.

Before founding her consulting and styling practice in 2017, Carla served as Head of Global Communications at Donna Karan International, where she led global press strategy, runway shows, and high-visibility brand moments. Her work secured coverage in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Vogue, Forbes, and GQ, and involved close collaboration across creative, media, and leadership teams.

Today, Carla's consulting work spans organizations of all sizes, from global brands to mission-driven organizations and small businesses. She is often brought in to help untangle complexity, bring structure to ideas, and support execution when teams are stretched or evolving. Her work includes process optimization and operational support, experiential and campaign execution, and hands-on guidance from concept through delivery.

Alongside her consulting practice, Carla supports men with personal style for professional settings, events, and everyday life, including high-visibility moments that require discretion and polish. Styling has been a consistent part of her work for nearly two decades, beginning at Ralph Lauren Purple Label and continuing through her time at Donna Karan International, where styling talent and public figures was part of her work. She brings the same thoughtfulness and attention to detail to individual clients as she does to public-facing work, helping people feel aligned and self-assured in how they present themselves.

Born in Spain and raised in Germany, Carla spent over two decades living and working in New York City before relocating to Philadelphia in 2023. She continues to work with clients in both cities and beyond. At the core of her work is a belief that clarity in communication, in systems, and in personal presentation makes people feel more capable, confident, and supported.
